In some cases, product packaging may come slightly dented, creased, or smudged and we do not consider these items as damaged. We shrink many of our figurines to protect them but if you are expecting a mint condition figure please contact us before purchase to confirm the condition. For significantly damaged packaging we will identify the issue on the product listing.
